Login with your Admin Account (or ask your company admin to perform the following steps)
Top-right, click the services icon.
Next click on “Admin Center”
Click “Apps and integrations” in the left sidebar
Next click “Zendesk API”
Click “Add API Token”
In the “Admin Center”, click “People” → “Team Members”
Here you will see an overview of everyone in your organisation
In the table, you can see “Support role”
Pick the user where is says “Admin”
