How to get your API Token

  1. Login with your Admin Account (or ask your company admin to perform the following steps)

  2. Top-right, click the services icon.

  3. Next click on “Admin Center”

  1. Click “Apps and integrations” in the left sidebar

  2. Next click “Zendesk API”

  3. Click “Add API Token”

Where can I find my “Admin Email” ?

  1. In the “Admin Center”, click “People” → “Team Members”

  2. Here you will see an overview of everyone in your organisation

  3. In the table, you can see “Support role”

  4. Pick the user where is says “Admin”
