How to format your CSV

The following columns are required

• date: in the date format YYYY-MM-DD:mm:ss.sssz or YYYY-MM-DD
• title OR message (one of the 2 has to be present)

Reserved columns that can be included

• rating: number between 0-5
• language: string in 2 letter format
• title: text
• message: text

Can you include other columns?

Yes!

You can include as many other columns as you want. These will then be shown beneath your message in your feedback detail view. (see example below). You can use this to add extra information to your feedback items.

We will not process or re-format this content.
